Varun Bahl
VP of Consulting
Varun is a fifth-year Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Pharmacology. His thesis research is focused on the mechanisms underlying Type 2 Diabetes. Prior to matriculating into Penn, Varun received his bachelor’s degree in Molecular and Cell Biology from UC Berkeley. Varun has successfully completed six PBG projects acting as Team Member, Project Manager, or Project Director. As the VP of Consulting, Varun aims to support all Team Members, Project Managers, and Project Directors in producing exceptional work – fostering a positive culture of collaboration and communication to help develop the future leaders of PBG. Beyond his interest in life sciences consulting, Varun enjoys lifting weights, cooking, traveling, and playing board games.
