Steven is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Bioengineering at Penn. His research focuses on immuno-engineering of antigen-specific T cells in cancer. Before Penn, Steven graduated from Johns Hopkins University with a B.S. in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering and Applied Math and Statistics with minors in Business, Entrepreneurship and Management. Steven has conducted research in the Preclinical Sciences division at Merck Research Laboratories. Last year, Steven helped create the PBG Investment Series program, and he plans to broaden the career development side of PBG further this year. He aims to provide unique opportunities to students interested in the biotech ecosystem and connect them with the industry. In his free time, he enjoys traveling to new places, exploring different golf courses, and watching Formula One.
