Pallavi is a second-year Master of Biotechnology student at the University of Pennsylvania. She currently conducts research at the Werth Lab at the VA Medical Center, where her work focuses on lupus and the migratory behavior of immune cells. Pallavi holds a B.S. in Microbiology from Fergusson College Autonomous, India, and brings prior experience in pathology diagnostics, as well as drug dose response testing and scope of use. She has been involved with Penn Biotech Group for one year, having served as a team member on two consulting projects. As Co-VP of Marketing, Pallavi is excited to continue advancing PBG's mission of bringing real-world professional development opportunities to students across Penn. Outside of school, she enjoys cooking, spending quality time with family and friends, and unwinding with calligraphy or sketching over a cup of chai.
