Nimisha Gupta is the Head of Strategic Business Partnership Operations at Jazz Pharmaceuticals, where she leads diligence and integration efforts across a range of deal types and business partnerships. Previously, she led the Mergers & Acquisitions group at Genpact, building a high-performing team that expanded the company’s presence in life sciences M&A for global pharmaceutical clients. With 15 years of experience in R&D pipeline strategy, due diligence, and asset valuation, Nimisha has advised on complex med tech and biotech transactions. She has also led technology valuations for multiple deal types at Merck and Organon. Nimisha earned her PhD in cell and gene therapy from Georgia Tech—where she also founded a startup based on her research—and will graduate with her MBA from Wharton in May 2025.
