Nils Wellhausen
Director of Business Development
Nils Wellhausen is a Pharmacology PhD candidate in the laboratories of the cell and gene therapy pioneers Drs. Carl June and Saar Gill. Nils’ work focuses on developing novel immune- and stem cell-based therapies. He received his B.Sc. in Biology at a joint program between the Heinrich Heine University in Germany and Michigan State University. As the VP of business development, I seek to help post-docs and graduate students engage with top-tier clients in the biotech and pharmaceutical space through well-crafted consulting projects. Outside of lab, Nils can often be found at concerts, walking his (giant) dog, or enjoying time with friends and family.
