Lauren Brady
Lauren K. Brady, PhD is a Director of Translational Data Science at Genmab, where she leads the integration of multimodal biomarkers and machine learning to advance oncology drug development. Her research focuses on applying AI across medical imaging and molecular data to characterize tumor biology, predict therapeutic response, and strengthen clinical trial decision-making.
Dr. Brady holds a PhD in Cellular and Molecular Biology from the University of Pennsylvania Perelman School of Medicine, with training spanning genetics, computational biology, and immuno-oncology. Prior to joining Genmab, she served as a Biomarker Lead and Computational Biologist in Oncology Translational Research at Janssen.
An advocate for the responsible deployment of AI in clinical trials, Dr. Brady serves on the Friends of Cancer Research (FOCR) ai.RECIST project team, advancing standards for AI-enabled tumor response assessment. At Genmab, she co-founded the Medical Imaging Research group, focused on developing interpretable and clinically actionable imaging-derived biomarkers.
