VP of Operations
Yixin is a Master's student in Biotechnology at the University of Pennsylvania, where he is also pursuing a graduate certificate in Engineering Entrepreneurship. Drawing on experiences across pharmaceutical CMC operations at CORXEL in Shanghai, clinic operations with Remote Area Medical, and research at Penn Medicine, he brings a cross-functional perspective to everything he does. He earned his B.S. in Biology from Penn State University. Yixin has been involved with Penn Biotech Group for one year, having served as a team member on a pro bono consulting engagement with an AI biotech startup. As VP of Operations, he is excited to build on PBG's strong foundation by improving the systems and experiences that members interact with every day, from recruitment and events to the small operational details that make a big difference. In his free time, Yixin enjoys traveling, wandering through the city, and discovering great coffee and pastries with friends.
