President
Abigail is a fourth-year PhD Candidate in the Cell and Molecular Biology Graduate Group, with a concentration in Microbiology, Virology, and Parasitology. Her research focuses on gamete developmental biology and reproduction of the apicomplexan parasite, Cryptosporidium. Before Penn, she obtained both a BS and MS in Cell Biology from Brandeis University. She was also a Post-Baccalaureate Fellow at the NIH where she studied bacterial small RNA regulation. She has been involved with PBG for three years and is excited to oversee more project development and interact with new members. Outside of lab she like to read, paint, and go on adventures with her dog.
