Tran Nguyen

Tran Nguyen Duc has a multi-faceted career spanning more than 20 years across the healthcare and financial industries, including corporate development, investment banking, and private equity.

She currently serves as Vice President, Global BD&L Finance at Novartis, where she leads the evaluation, structuring, and execution of partnership opportunities across therapeutic areas, representing over $65 billion in aggregate deal value. She previously played a key role in M&A transactions, including the acquisition of The Medicines Company.

Prior to Novartis, Tran advised healthcare companies at Ondra Partners on strategy, capital raising, IPO readiness, and corporate development, and spent a decade at Goldman Sachs leading private equity investments and value creation initiatives. She holds M.S. and B.S. degrees in Bioengineering from the University of Pennsylvania, as well as a B.S. in Economics and Finance from the Wharton School.
