Josh Muntner has over 25 years of corporate finance and executive leadership experience in biopharmaceuticals, having raised more than $9 billion across 90+ equity, debt, and structured transactions. He served as CFO of Imvax and Mesoblast Ltd (dual Nasdaq/ASX-listed), and as SVP of Business Development at ContraFect Corp. Earlier, he held healthcare investment banking roles at CIBC World Markets, Oppenheimer, Janney Montgomery Scott, and ThinkEquity. He holds an M.B.A. from UCLA Anderson and a B.F.A. from Carnegie Mellon.
