Adam is a Ph.D. candidate in the Biochemistry, Biophysics, and Chemical Biology Graduate Group at Penn. His thesis work explores inhibitors of release factor complex-dependent termination of protein synthesis at premature termination codons. Prior to joining Penn, Adam completed his B.Sc. in Physics at Bridgewater State University, where he also characterized the binding of a potential anticancer molecule to DNA using optical tweezers. Over the years, Adam has completed five PBG projects and is eager to manage PBG's diverse portfolio of consulting projects. When he's not working, Adam enjoys brewing specialty coffee, riding his moped around Philly, and experiencing the world through art, music, and culture.
