Mark is a second-year Biochemistry & Molecular Biophysics graduate student in the Biomedical Graduate Studies division of the UPenn Perelman School of Medicine. He is interested in combining experimental and computational methods for macromolecular dynamics to improve our understanding of diseases and improve human health.
Before joining the Penn Community, Mark earned dual degrees from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in Biomedical Engineering and Professional Writing. He then completed a Rosetta Commons Post-baccalaureate Fellowship in the Horowitz Lab at the University of Denver.
Outside of research, Mark enjoys traveling, photography, and engaging in programs that increase STEM accessibility.
